Every child learns in their own way. We help your child build skills to do well at home, at school, and in the community.

We work openly and honestly with every client, collaborating with families to deliver services with empathy and best practices.

Our assessments and therapy can help your child work towards goals like:

  • Communication (words, signs, AAC)
  • Play and social skills
  • Daily living skills (Getting dressed, toileting, eating)
  • Learning and school readiness
  • Challenging behaviour (by replacing with safer, helpful skills)

“We put our clients, patients, and caregivers at the centre. We work with them to identify the right evidence-based practices that work for their child and family.”

how we work

Five steps to obtaining the services and supports that matter to your child and family:

1. Talk with us

Meet with us online or in person for a free consultation to discuss your concerns, your priorities for service, to have all your questions answered, and to determine the next steps.

2. Planning

Receive a quote for services (screening, diagnosis, and/or therapy) including a contract outlining each service and costs. An initial assessment will be booked and we will create a treatment schedule that works with your lifestyle.

3. Intake

On-boarding will occur when all signed forms are returned and your child’s services will begin.

4. Services begin

The initial assessment will be completed and a detailed program plan will be developed with parents or caregivers. Specific services (private therapy, small group therapy, speech consultation, parent coaching, etc.) and the schedule will be confirmed or updated to reflect the services our experts recommend.

5. Ongoing progress

You will have access to minute-by-minute data through our online intervention platform. Your supervising behaviour analyst and/or speech-language pathologist will also maintain regular contact for updates, parent coaching, and training throughout the course of the services.
