1. Talk with us
Meet with us online or in person for a free consultation to discuss your concerns, your priorities for service, to have all your questions answered, and to determine the next steps.
2. Planning
Receive a quote for services (screening, diagnosis, and/or therapy) including a contract outlining each service and costs. An initial assessment will be booked and we will create a treatment schedule that works with your lifestyle.
3. Intake
On-boarding will occur when all signed forms are returned and your child’s services will begin.
4. Services begin
The initial assessment will be completed and a detailed program plan will be developed with parents or caregivers. Specific services (private therapy, small group therapy, speech consultation, parent coaching, etc.) and the schedule will be confirmed or updated to reflect the services our experts recommend.
5. Ongoing progress
You will have access to minute-by-minute data through our online intervention platform. Your supervising behaviour analyst and/or speech-language pathologist will also maintain regular contact for updates, parent coaching, and training throughout the course of the services.
