how we work

Five steps to obtaining the services and supports that matter to your child and family:

1. Consultation and Intake

Meet with our Clinical Operations Manager, Pamela Rogoza-Hayward MSc, BCBA, Behaviour Analyst, for an intake consultation to discuss your concerns, your priorities for service, to have all your questions answered, and to determine the next steps.

2. Intervention Planning

Receive a quote for services including a contract outlining each service and costs. An initial assessment will be booked and a tentative treatment schedule identified.

3. Commencement of Services

On-boarding will occur when all signed forms are returned and your child’s services will begin.

4. Intervention

The initial assessment will be completed and a detailed program plan will be developed with your input through a collaborative planning session. Specific services (e.g., 1:1 therapy, small group, SLP consultation, parent coaching, etc.) and the schedule will be confirmed or updated to reflect the services recommended.

5. Ongoing Progress

You will have access to minute-by-minute data through our online intervention platform. Your supervising behaviour analyst will also maintain regular contact for updates, parent coaching, and training throughout the course of the services.
