Tracie L. Lindblad,

Clinical Director

Tracie is a highly respected and accomplished professional in the fields of applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech-language pathology, and education. With a wealth of expertise and a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders, Tracie brings a unique blend of academic qualifications, practical experience, and a passion for advocacy to her role as clinical director of Maximum Potential.

Her academic journey includes an Honours Bachelor of Science (Hons. B.Sc.) specializing in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of British Columbia, Tracie also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum from Brock University, where she also completed coursework in Applied Disability Studies in preparation for her Behaviour Analyst certification. Tracie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She is also a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. Tracie’s extensive professional journey includes previous roles such as Clinical Director at Monarch House, President of Four Point Intervention Strategies Inc., and the Child Development Centre of Oakville, and acting Clinical Director at First Bridge Centre in London, United Kingdom. She is currently the SLP Subject Matter Expert at Autism Ontario and operates a small private practice, Tracie Lindblad Consulting, focusing on interdisciplinary services, advisory roles, and consulting in addition to shaping the clinical services at Maximum Potential. Tracie is a sought-after speaker and active member of several professional organizations, with numerous publications and presentations in her field.


Pamela Rogoza-Hayward, M.Sc., BCBA, Behaviour Analyst (Reg. CPBAO)

Clinical Manager

Pamela is a passionate, organized, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and clinic manager. Pamela is currently listed as an approved practitioner on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) list. She is also registered as a Behaviour Analyst in the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She has extensive experience in behaviour analytic duties, staff supervision, training, and business management. Pamela has held significant roles, including Owner/Operator of Pamela Rogoza-Hayward Behaviour Consulting in Ottawa, Clinic Manager at Monarch House (CBI) in Ottawa, and BCBA/Business Owner at Focus Behaviour Therapy in Saskatoon.

Pamela earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Sage Colleges and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandon University. Pamela has been working as a Behaviour Analyst and consultant since 2014. Prior to that, Pamela worked as a supervised behaviour therapist providing direct therapy under mentorship. She has extensive experience providing services for autistic individuals as well as individuals diagnosed with ADHD/ADD.

Pamela provides consultation and individualized programs appropriate for preschool and school aged children. She also has experience with youth and adult programming focusing on skill development, adaptive functioning, social skills, reduction of interfering behaviours, and vocational preparation.

Pamela continues to be actively involved in community volunteer work and enjoys dog sports, quilting, reading, and pickleball.
